While everybody gripes about the new DA look (it is indeed kinda different, and the first day or two were crazy confusing) I'm going to do the "my account is working" happy dance.

This also coincides nicely, as I've been too busy and tired to update my actual art page and now have the luxury of tossing up old and new works that I've been meaning to post over the past 2 months.

...or so is my hope, at any rate

Apparently because I use mindspring dial-up, I'm permanently banned from updating my account (like uploading the piles of new art I have) or viewing anybody else's images at all. All I can seem to do is update this journal.

I for one think this sucks, and the Help Desk hasn't replied to any of my questions. Excuse me if I'm annoyed, but annoyance isn't going to get an answer from them, so... I wait.

Failing word from them (we're on 2 weeks, now) don't expect anything to be touched on this account until I'm back at university in September.

In the meantime, do go check out my formal art page. Updated bimonthly around the first and the fifteenth.

For some reason, I appear to be banned from viewing images or submitting images. I've sent a message to the help desk, and I only hope this can be sorted out soon.

It's been almost two weeks and I'm definitely feeling the gallery love. Thank you to the people who take time to view and comment on my work - it's nice to know that my art doesn't exist in a vacuum ^^

So yeah. If you like the stuff here, troll on by my actual website for a boatload more. I'm trying to keep the two galleries full of fairly different things so there shouldn't be too much overlap.

I have a livejournal and I keep my thoughts there, so don't expect this journal to update too much ^_^;

It's been a few days and I've finally had time to get some stuff up. I'm looking on this as a chance to post the stuff that never makes it to my website gallery, like from life stuff and more informal sketches and things. Thanks to the folk who've commented so far, you've made me feel quite welcome.

I plan to duck my head and dodge the gallery politics here, so I apologize if people are offended by my not having a massive clump of link banners and the like But I plan to check out the gallery of every person who comments!

Yet another new face in the woodwork. I only se this up tonight, so only one image, but I plan to pull out some of my favorites and upload new stuff shortly.
